    By using the AISellor application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

    2. Service Description

    AISellor is an AI Assistant application designed to support Shopify merchants with:

    • Performing actions with store products
    • Automated blog writing for product promotion
    • Automatic discount program creation
    • FAQ responses and interface improvement suggestions
    • Sending customer emails with AI-generated content

    3. User Accounts

    3.1 Registration

    To use AISellor, you need a valid Shopify account and must install the application from the Shopify App Store.

    3.2 Account Security

    You are responsible for securing your login information and must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.

    4. User Rights and Obligations

    4.1 User Rights

    • Full use of paid features
    • Technical support from the AISellor team
    • Request personal data export
    • Cancel service at any time

    4.2 User Obligations

    • Use the service for lawful purposes
    • No spamming or sending inappropriate content
    • No interference with system operations
    • Comply with Shopify policies

    5. Payment and Refunds

    5.1 Service Fees

    Service fees are clearly displayed on the Shopify App Store and within the application. Fees may change with 30 days advance notice.

    5.2 Refund Policy

    We provide a money-back guarantee within the first 7 days of use if unsatisfied with the service, provided you have used less than 50% of premium features.

    6. Intellectual Property

    6.1 AISellor Ownership

    All intellectual property rights related to AISellor belong to us, including source code, AI algorithms, and user interface.

    6.2 AI-Generated Content

    Content generated by AI (blogs, emails, etc.) belongs to you, but you are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of this content.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    AISellor is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages or consequences arising from the use of the application.

    8. Service Termination

    We have the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may also cancel the service at any time through the Shopify App Store.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We have the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.
